We had an amazing agent.
Paul went way above and beyond for us. We started with a couple properties we really wanted in Oroville. Paul went and took detailed videos and photos of each property before we even looked in person. Once going in person with his help and much research and questioning people Paul helped us decide they just weren’t the right fit for our family.
My husband then found a property in Hawk Creek we wanted to see. Paul made arrangements for us to meet him there (he traveled 2 1/2 each way). We had to jump through hoops but he made it possible to view it.
We decided to put an offer and he was so helpful! It was a rollercoaster and I almost gave up but he didn’t let me. There were some hiccups with the sale to say the least. Paul went above and beyond and even offered to help pay for a couple things the owners wouldn’t.
This was not an easy transaction and Paul didn’t only travel there once but 3x to make sure this went through without a hitch.
We can’t say enough about how amazing he was and is. We didn’t only find us an agent, we found a friend in him.
